Anyone who has once spent a holiday with us is always happy to come back. It is not only our practical location in summer and winter, but also the cosy and familiar atmosphere. We tend to our house, our holiday flats and our garden with a lot of love and care. This is particularly evident from spring until late autumn, when colourful flowers bloom all around, which not only give us a lot of pleasure, but also to our guests.

Santo Stefano, an idyllic little village, not far from the village of San Lorenzo and near the small town of Brunico. We are exactly in the centre of the Val Pusteria, where two of the most important side valleys meet: the Badia Valley, the gateway to the Dolomites (Unesco World Heritage) and the Val Aurina, the gateway to the Zillertal Alps.

We are located only 1.5 km from South Tyrol’s Number 1 skiing resort, the Plan de Corones. Far enough away so that you don’t here the snow canons buzzing, but close enough to skin right up to our front door if snow conditions are good. This is not the only thing you will experience with us.

Our holiday apartments are cosy and offer a personal place of retreat for the relaxed holiday hours. Two of our apartments are south facing and have a lot of sun, two lie to the north and offer a wonderful view of the Alps. All holiday apartments are very bright with a lot of natural light.
