We prefer to rent in whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. The prices are for a stay of minimum 7 nights per apartment and night and the agreed number of persons. For each additional person we charge 12,00 €/night. The price includes: fully equipped kitchen, TV and SAT, electricity, WiFi, heating, all fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax. (The amount of local tax is calculated on the basis of the amount of tax due according to local regulations at the time of your stay.) (1.35 € per person and day from the age of 14 years).

Arrival: We expect you from 3pm onwards. Of course you can also arrive earlier, but the holiday apartment will not be ready before 3.00 pm. If you arrive late, please let us know. Departure: On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 09.30 a.m. at the latest.

- We have made our holiday house a non-smoking house. Many thanks for bearing with us.

- Maybe you don't like spending your holiday without your four-legged friend. Please understand that we do not accept pets.

Up to 30 days before the day of arrival at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. If a guest cancels later, than the following fees will be charged: Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 60% of the price agreed on for the stay. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the price agreed on for the stay. In case of non-appearance of the guest ("no show") or in case of early departure, we will charge the full remaining price. Please let us know as early as possible if you can no longer come.

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that as soon as you book your stay, you also make a travel cancellation insurance. As a result, the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to a stress and hassle free holiday. Your final reservation will be conformed with a 30% deposit of the total amount per apartment within 5 days after the request. You can transfer this to: Bank details: Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck – Branch of San Lorenzo (BZ).
